How reproducible:
Everytime, this is after enable the irqpoll option at boot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plugin HDMI or VGA cable
2. System message [Message from syslogd@localhost at Aug 3 12:52:33 ... kernel:[ 213.966312] Disabling IRQ #16]

I was able to resolve this by removing NOMODESET from boot options.
