This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.

ghc-ForSyDe-3.1.1-16.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

Reopening since excluding ARM is just a workaround.
Perhaps ghc-7.8 will be better.
