1. Install SAM 1.3
2. Verify the ruby193-rubygem-ui_alchemy-rails package version


Actual results:
Package version:
ruby193-rubygem-ui_alchemy-rails-1.0.10-5.el6_4.noarch


Expected results:
version 1.0.11


Additional info:
This breaks the gui automation as UI objects are changed.  This change happened in katello a while back and this was not pulled in for sam 1.3 rebase.

The newer package has been built and tagged.
