Description John Dell 2003-07-21 17:33:52 UTC
Description of problem:

RHN remote reboot doesn't show as an option in RHN for my server
casat1.casat.unr.edu (running RH8) with a basic entitlement. However, it does
show for my workstation running RH9 with a basic entitlement. Is there a
problem with remote reboot for RH8? There is no help for this on RHN.

How to reproduce:

Login to RHN and view my system casat1.casat.unr.edu, no reboot option shows.

Thanks for any info on this!
John

Does you 8.0 have it's package profile uploaded to RHN? If not, try running
up2date -p to refresh it.

Comment 2 John Dell 2003-07-21 18:00:50 UTC
updating the package profile fixed it. You might want to add some help on the
website to suggest this if reboot doesn't show up as an option.

Thanks!
John
