Description of problem:
Clean install ovirt-node-iso into machine with uefi mode, after install success,
then "oVirt Node Hypervisor" efi entry appear in UEFI menu.
Selecting this "oVirt Node Hypervisor" efi entry will boot ovirt-node-iso.

Then reinstall ovirt-node-iso again,after reinstall success,
check that two efi entries "oVirt Node Hypervisor" will appear in UEFI menu.(Seen UEFI menu.JPG)

so it remove existing efi entries "oVirt Node Hypervisor"  in UEFI menu failed

can you please check if this problem still exists with 3.0.3?

Test version:
ovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.fc19.iso

Clean install ovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.fc19.iso into machine with uefi mode, after install success,
then "oVirt Node Hypervisor" efi entry appear in UEFI menu.
Selecting this "oVirt Node Hypervisor" efi entry will boot ovirt-node-iso.

Then reinstallovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.fc19.iso again,after reinstall success,
check that only one efi entry "oVirt Node Hypervisor" will appear in UEFI menu.

so this bug has been fixed in ovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.fc19.iso
