Description of problem:
I've created several preset queries in my bugzilla page footer over the time for
every new Red Hat beta/release. Now I tried to cleanup my page footer but could
not find a way to remove entries.

If you choose to remove them from your list of stored queries on the query.cgi
page then they should disappear from your footer as well. Just choose 'Forget'
from the drop down menu in the query action section. Then choose the query name
you want to remove from the drop down list of stored quries to the right. And
hit Search. Also you can have them just not display in the footer without
actually removing them by editing your footer preferences in userprefs.cgi.
