Description of problem:

using CLI it is possible to add composite content views to composite content definitions, while UI does not allow that

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been

if this actually works that is kinda a good thing but we should make the API/CLI/UI all behave the same.
