Description Jiri Belka 2013-08-13 14:20:32 UTC
Description of problem:
After editing a bookmark and clicking on its name again just after the dialog is closed, bookmark's changed search string is not applied. I have to click to other bookmark or to switch to other main tab and then back.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
is9.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm with name 'test1'
2. create a bookmark - Vms: name = test2
3. select bookmark
4. edit bookmark -> Vms: name = test1
5. select bookmark again

Actual results:
while clicking on/selecting a bookmark the search string is not automatically updated

Expected results:
as after the edit dialog is closed and the bookmark in the list is not highlighted (so it makes the user to think it is not selected), when selecting the bookmark i should get updated list based on changes search string

indeed - I was able to reproduce it exactly according to the steps that appear in the description.

worth mentioning two things:

- in slightly different scenarios (e.g. if between step 4 and step 5 you select a different bookmark), the bug doesn't occur, i.e., step 5 results in applying the correct (updated) search-string saved in the edited bookmark.

- note that if you are editing the *name* of the bookmark, it is being reflected in the bookmarks-list appropriately, right after the edit-dialog is closed.
