Description of problem:
I installed the octave package from the fedora repository and the octave-plugins from the repository. But there is the video-plugin missing in the repository.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 19 (maybe all other versions too)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum list *octave*

Actual results:
there is no "octave-video..."-package

Expected results:
there is a "octave-video..."-package

octave video depends on ffmpeg (and others) that are not allowed in Fedora.  You might ask rpmfusion - or better yet submit it there yourself.
