Description of problem:
Parent's list for cloned child channels in trusted org is not correct.

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. nohup satellite-sync -c  rhel-x86_64-server-5  -c rhel-x86_64-server-6 --no-errata --no-kickstarts --no-packages &

2. Create new organization with no entitlements of any kind - test_org.
3. Create a trust between the base organization (id 1) and  test_org.
4. Login to  test_org.
5. Create a Custom Channel "org_chann" and Child channel org_child.
6. Channels -> Manage Software Channels -> clone channel -> org_child

Actual results:
The list of possible parent channels for "org_child" will comprise "rhel-x86_64-server-5" and "rhel-x86_64-server-6"

Expected results:
rhel-x86_64-server-5 and rhel-x86_64-server-6 are not in the list.

We have re-reviewed this bug, as part of an ongoing effort to improve Satellite/Proxy feature and bug updates, review and backlog.

This is a low priority bug and has no currently open customer cases. While this bug may still valid, we do not see it being implemented prior to the EOL of the Satellite 5.x product. As such, this is being CLOSED DEFERRED.
