The parameter "id" is actually called "name", unlike described at https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/OpenShift/2.0/html/REST_API_Guide/sect-API_Guide-Domains-Create_a_Domain.html.

This has been fixed. Please note that the URL specified above is deprecated.The current version of the REST API Guide should be correct.
