Hi, xhan and qzhang

Only RHEL5 host uses the vlan para, so we do not support it in rhel6 and rhel7, you can file a bug that remove the options in rhel6.

Need remove vlan option for all virtual nics in 
        1) the command line help 
        2) and man help.

vlan option should continue to remain a valid option and should not be removed.
Upstream already correctly handles the coexistence of vlan and netdev options,
which was the root cause of the original problem (BZ 998865).  We will add
proper error handling in RHEL6 to prevent the invalid configuration.
