Description of problem:
Login layer not loaded for IE7 (default browser for windows 2008 server)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install rhq server, storage and agent 
2. open server gui using ie7
3.

Actual results:
login layer doesn't appear

Expected results:
login layer appears

IE7 is the default browser for windows 2008 (only ie for service pack 1) - so marking bug with high severity

Did you wait long enough?
Especially the first start takes very long (as the plugins are all parsed and the metadata stored in the DB).

Yes, I did. Waited for long time, then refreshed, then closed and reopened browser. The same prototype null js exception visible and login layer not visible. The same time firefox worked without issues.

IE7 is not supported (anymore) - even not by Microsoft. 
IE8 support is partial (the new graphs are not supported).
