Exception in server log

Description of problem:
When test scenario is saved in an incomplete state (e.g. asserted fact has a field but the value has not been set yet) attempt to open it will cause an exception that is logged on server but no error is presented to the user and the test scenario will appear blank. It cannot be edited and fixed through GUI.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new test scenario in mortgages project
2. add Applicant, add field age
3. save the test scenario, close it and open again

Actual results:
The test scenario is empty. Exception logged on server.

Expected results:
It should open in the same state in which it was saved.
