Description of problem:
I apparently have LDAP misconfigured (not clear how) but it appears to keep trying and popping up notification on the failure. I can nav the menus successfully but then notices start popping up. I cannot log off.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
katello-all-1.4.2-18.el6sat.noarch

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. misconfig'd ldap? (see attached config--settings appear correct)
2. nav, lookup group, etc
3. try logout

Actual results:
many LDAP error notifications
