[ja_JP][Admin Portal] Overlapped string 'Interface Mappings' in 'Agent Configuration' pane of 'Add or Edit Provider' dialogs.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login web admin portal.
2. Click on External Providers from the left System tree.
3. Click New/Edit button on Providers tab.
4. Select OpenStack Network from the Type drop-down list.
5. Select Linux Bridge for Networking Plugin.
6. Click on Agent Configuration panel.


Actual results:
Overlapped string 'Interface Mappings' in 'Agent Configuration' pane of 'Add or Edit Provider' dialogs.

Expected results:
All the strings should be displayed as normally.
