Description of problem:

The following pkg requires python-django14, but it's not in Fedora18.

python-django-horizon-2013.1.3-1.fc19.noarch.rpm

This was once resolved with python-django-horizon-2013.1.2-1.fc18, but the same problem happened again with the latest update.

Already built a newer version, which fixes this regression.
