Description of problem: Reading the docs, the only way to specify server to connect to is via a configuration file in users home. This is a bit inconvenient, as it needs to be set up for each user separately and does not allow easy override e.g. for experimenting with another server instance. Please support system-wide configuration, and also commandline options overriding the configfile defaults.

the manpages are missing mention of /etc/nitrate.conf also, I'm missing the commandline options override (and FTR, `nitrate` doesn't even accept '--help' as option) tested with python-nitrate-1.0-2.fc23.noarch => updating version

Fedora 23 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-12-20. Fedora 23 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
