Description
ib700 watchdog device is not added in the guest correctly.

Version-Release number of selected component:
# rpm -qa libvirt virt-manager qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm-0.12.1.2-2.398.el6.x86_64

virt-manager-0.9.0-19.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

steps:
1.A rhel6.4 guest exists and add ib700  watchdog device with reset action.
2.Boot the guest and check info of the watchdog device
# dmesg | grep ib700
# /sbin/lsmod | grep ib700

3. On the host #
# ps -ef | grep qemu

Actual results:
step 2. No output for the commands.
And the bug also reproduce on rhel7.

Expected result:
Step2, Get the corresponding info of ib700 watchdog device.
