An insufficient or ancient Obsoletes tag has been discovered in the
package. It should either be corrected or dropped.

The tag is superfluous, because it doesn't obsolete a package found in
Fedora 16 and newer, and that package is ancient:

    django-annoying-0:0.7.6-2.fc17.noarch  is oldest
    django-annoying < 0:0.7.6-1  obsoleted by  python-django-annoying-0:0.7.6-5.20120609hga0de8b.fc20.noarch

Removed insufficient or ancient Obsoletes tag, did build yet, hope mass rebuild will take care of it otherwise will do it.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

It is already available in rawhide and f22/21
