Description Orion Poplawski 2013-08-29 15:20:39 UTC
Description of problem:

This seems to be new with 3.4.3-108. Now every run of /etc/cron.hourly/0yum-hourly.cron outputs:

Loaded plugins: auto-update-debuginfo, langpacks

which then gets mailed to root.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yum.noarch 3.4.3-108.fc21

Comment 1 Zdeněk Pavlas 2013-08-30 07:56:33 UTC
Please add "debuglevel = -2" to /etc/yum-cron.conf (it's there by default, but you probably touched it already, so rpm didn't update it).

Before 3.4.3-108 yum-cron always changed debuglevel to 0, but now we honor the default yum.conf setting, unless it's overriden in yum-cron.conf.

Comment 2 Orion Poplawski 2013-09-03 18:14:56 UTC
No, I think "debuglevel = -2" needs to be added to /etc/yum/yum-cron-hourly.conf.

Comment 3 Zdeněk Pavlas 2013-09-04 12:40:57 UTC
Thanks, completely forgot that it uses a different *.conf file.. Updated the [base] section, and pushed upstream.
