Description of problem:
Changelog binary parser failes to parse the brick changelog.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
A volume with changelog enabled and encoding set to "binary", and geo-replication
when enabled with a slave volume, replication fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gluster volume set <vol-name>  changelog-enabled
2. gluster volume set <vol-name>  encoding binary
3. gluster volume geo-replication <master-vol> <slave-hostname>::<slave-vol> start

Actual results:
Error : Unable to extract changelog file-name

Expected results:
successful processing of changelog by binary parser

More work is expected in Rebase, Parser changes. Moving this back to ASSIGNED.
