Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description bmorriso 2013-08-30 18:02:10 UTC
Description of problem:
On firefox 17.0.x (the current version for RHEL6), when a user clicks on an item in the left pane (distributor, activation key, system, etc), the right pane doesn't display details about the selected item. The right pane information appears after the user hovers over other elements on the page (for instance, other items in the left pane list). I tried to reproduce this on newer firefox versions (18, 20, 22) and was unable to. This only appears to occur on FF 17.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.3-1.git.403.4232770.el6

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
(Using a firefox 17 browser)
1. Navigate to the Distributors page
2. Create a new distributor if none exist.
3. Click on the created distributor in the left pane.

Actual results:
The right pane remains blank until the user moves their mouse over another UI element on the page.

Expected results:
The right pane displays details about the selected distributor.

Retested this on Firefox 17 today, and as the screenshots show, this issue is still present.

I have only been able to reproduce this on Firefox 17.0.1 and 17.0.7. I am unable to reproduce this on 17.0.9, which is the latest version available to RHEL6.

Closing old bugs which are not relevant based on new UI and CLI
