Description of problem:
On "Remove Storage(s)" window, when removing ISO/export domain, host option (which will perform the action) should be greyed out in case user did not specify to format the domain.
This drill-down window should be greyed out because when removing an unattached ISO/export domain without formatting it, there is no action performed by vdsm, this process is being done completely by engine


Steps to Reproduce:
- have an unattached ISO/export domain
- remove the domain
- "Remove Storage(s)" window will appear
