Description of problem:
rpc.mountd -V version  not verify the version,
rpc.mount -V 100
     still return OK (echo $? get 0)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nfs-utils-1.0.9-*  in RHEL5.9 and RHEL5.10

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpc.mount -V 100
2. echo $?
3.

Actual results:
return 0

Expected results:
return error info

Additional info:
in RHEL6 and RHEL7 is ok
