Description of problem:
[rhevm] Webadmin - Cluster - Search For Clusters with no DC attached (Add Null value)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create DC & Cluster
2.Delete the DC - leaves the Cluster with no DC attached
1.Select Cluster Tab
2.In Search Box type - Cluster: Datacenter.name != *

Actual results:
Display no Cluster

Expected results:
Should display all Cluster with no DC attached

not interesting enough of a use case in my view to handle a concept of "null" for users.
