Description of problem:
I wanted to add new input method. I clicked on "Region & Language settings" and clicked on + button but it crashed. I attempted again but it keeps crashing.

Version-Release number of selected component:
control-center-3.8.4-2.fc19

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just try to add new input method and it will crash

not allowing to add new input method

ah! the control-center version is 3.8.4.1-1.fc19 and gnome-settings-daemon-3.8.4-2.fc19

Should be fixed in gnome-desktop3 3.8.4
