Takahashi, the above docs is for a virtio-win errata to deliver a windows guest agent bug fix so it is apparent that it does not effect qemu-kvm binary, if it does, there will be qemu-kvm errata.
Anyway, we think this is not the right component to file this bug but we also don't know which is the right one and who is supposed to fix it.
