Description of problem:

After creating a new project a default package is created, based on the project's GAV. The Data Modeller, when opened to create new types, does not list the packages created for the project.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Data Modeller
3. Create new type
4. The "Existing packages" drop-down doesn't list packages.

Actual results:

Only "defaultPkg" is listed.

Expected results:

Project's packages should be listed.
