mose pointer dissapers dual screen

Description of problem:
Mose pointer dissapers. Some times afer login in on dual screnn then mouse pointer dissapers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I dont know.
Some times after loginn then mouse pointer dissapers.
Moving the mouse dos not help.
Mospointer always on screnn.
I have not seen this in F18 and before.
I have to screens.
After booting then right is defuolt.
The command 'xrandr --output DVI-0 --primary' is in gnome-session-properties.
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 3200 x 1200, maximum 8192 x 8192
DIN disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
VGA-0 connected 1280x1024+1920+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 338mm x 270mm
1280x1024 60.0*+ 75.0
1024x768 75.1 75.0 70.1 60.0
800x600 72.2 75.0 60.3
640x480 72.8 75.0 60.0 59.9
DVI-0 connected primary 1920x1200+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 519mm x 324mm

I have also seen this in F20, where left and bigger screen is defult.
Does switching to the console and back to xorg make it appear again?
(ctrl-alt-f2 and then ctrl-alt-f1 for example)

If you have a F20 box where you can test it, feedback is appreciated
In F20 I have not seen this recently.
