[rhevm] Webadmin - Storage - SearchBox For "Storage:committed" should be changed to "Storage:Allocated"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Storage Tab
2.In Search Box type - Storage:committed

Actual results:
This value (Storage:committed) refers to the value in Allocated

Expected results:
should be changed to "Storage:Allocated"

In a system with only Host & Storage the value will like this:

Over Allocation Ratio:	0%

we cannot change as it will break compat. we can add support for both, and a reminder to remove the old one in 4.0.
