[rhevm] Webadmin - Hosts - SearchBox missing value for "Host:SPM"
Cannot filter/search hosts by SPM/Normal

3.3/is13
rhevm-3.3.0-0.19.master.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Hosts Tab
2.Try to search/filter by Column SPM

Actual results:
This value doesn't exists

Expected results:
should allow the user to filter hosts by SPM/Normal

we are planning to drop spm, lets not fix this.
