The scrollbars are misaligned

Description of problem:
I have the same problem described here, but with a different version: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66829
The scrollbars are misaligned in LibreOffice components.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q libreoffice-calc
libreoffice-calc-3.6.7.2-3.fc18.x86_64
$ rpm -q oxygen-gtk2
oxygen-gtk2-1.4.0-1.fc18.x86_64
