Created attachment 797712 [details] /var/log/cron Description of problem: I don't understand what's the problem, but looking at the attached /var/log/cron it seems cron.daily tasks are run every hour. I have first noticed it with logwatch, but after looking through the log it seems ALL tasks where run that often. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cronie-1.4.11-3.el7.x86_64 How reproducible: happens here Steps to Reproduce: 1.put a script to /etc/cron.daily (or install a package which does so) 2. 3. Actual results: script is run every hour Expected results: it should be run only once a day Additional info:
Could you show me also your /etc/crontab and /etc/anacrontab? I guess I would have to see this bug report more often if it is happening to all users.

Hmm, this somehow got fixed. I don't see it anymore with cronie-anacron-1.4.11-4.el7.x86_64 cronie-1.4.11-4.el7.x86_64 (or something got fixed in systemd-207-2.el7.x86_64?)
