Description of problem:
The content section workflow tab displays tasks ordered according to their
dependancies.ie

Authoring
Approval
Deploy

However, when going to the contnt item's workflow tab, the tasks are displayed
in a wierd order:

Approval
Deploy
Authoring


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item
2. Go tto the workflow tab on the item

    

Actual Results:  The tasks are ordered

Deploy
Authoring

Expected Results:  The tasks are ordered

Deploy
