Description of problem:
Latest EAP repositories are missing in example-settings.xml.

Example-settings.xml now contains the repo of EAP 6.1.1, but repos for EAP 6.1.0 and WFK 2.2.0 are missing.

As number of required repos grows, example settings are getting too complex.
Idea for next release is thata in exaples will be only few entries for locals repositories, namely EAP, WFK and JPP.
Documentation will contain instruction to unpack list of repos to those folders.
For exapmle to EAP folder will be unpacked repos for  EAP 6.0.0, 6.1.0, 6.1.1 and so on. Similar for WFK and JPP repos.

Not blocker for relese.

As discussed on IRC, this shouldn't be ON_QA as the issue hasn't been fixed. Setting back to ASSIGNED and changing target release to 6.1.1.

Verified in 6.1.1.ER01. There is JPP repository missing which is reported in BZ 1056076.
