Description of problem:
When creating a new VM and picking up a profile for the VNIC you get a list of all VNIC profiles without scroll bar, so if you have 100 profiles you get them all in the same window

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 30 VNIC profiles
2. Start creating a new VM
3. Try to pick up a specific profile under NIC

Actual results:
You get a list of VNIC profiles that includes all 30 on the same page

Expected results:
You should have a scroll bar if you have many profiles
