Description akshay.etcspl 2013-09-18 06:14:56 UTC
Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/nginx from 'append' accesses on the file /srv/www/etcspl/logs/error.log.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that nginx should be allowed append access on the error.log file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep nginx /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Hi,
For now use : chcon -R -t httpd_log_t /srv/www/etcspl/logs/

we add support for this in apache policy.
