Description of problem:

Please set the 'Status' and 'StatusMsg' also for response codes >= 200 and < 300 to make the behavior consistent in the RESTWorkItemHandler.

fixed, now all statuses saves response code and response message as part of result object returned from RESTWorkItemHandler
