Description of problem:
In Import Networks window, "Network Provider" is not aligned with dropdown box due to insufficient space.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.3.0-0.22


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Admin Portal in ja-JP
2. Click Network tab
3. Click Import button to open Import Networks window.


Actual results:
Translation for "ネットワークプロバイダー" (Network Provider) is not aligned with the dropdown box on the right.

Expected results:
It should be aligned.

Verified it's fixed on is18 build: rhevm-3.3.0-0.25.beta1.el6ev.noarch.rpm
