Have you tried 1.0.26 update?

I'm not sure if it's a mesa problem or just old version problem, can you help test it?

Yup. Reporter, please test latest build of:
* mesa-libgbm
* mesa-libEGL
* backintime-gnome
At F20 I can't reproduce this problem.
