Description of problem: Login using silver account which currency is EUR or CAD, tried to create medium non-jbosseap application, found that the cost indicator besides the "Create Application" button is still "$", it should be correct currency indicator when user currency is EUR or CAD. Fixed in 387441d - will be part of next fork ami.
Tested on fork_ami_origin_ui_72_membership_863, the cost indicator is correct when the currency of use is EUR and CAD, so verify this bug.
