Description of problem: There is no package that includes flushend.sty in the tex installation supplied with fc19. texlive 2011 which came with FC11 had this in texmf-latex. Correction: I meant "texlive 2011 which came with FC16" and not FC11 in the above description.
Correction: I should have been running "yum provides ..." and not "yum search". I find that package texlive-sttools has it.
