Description of problem:

When navigating to input forms (e.g. Submit job, Edit Dynamic Group Quota), the previous page is shown in the background in Firefox and Safari. However in Internet Explorer on Windows the background is black.

The url is the same in all browsers, e.g. for job submitting:
http://<ip>:45672/form.html?modes.m=JobSubmit;modes.JobSubmit.return=index.html%3Fframe%3Dmain.grid%3Bmain.grid.id%3D26%3Bmain.grid.view.body.m%3Dpool_submissions

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cumin-0.1.5786-2
checked with IE 9,10 on Win 7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install cumin
2. In Internet Explorer go Submit job or Edit Dynamic Group Quota page

Actual results:
The form is displayed, but the background is black

Expected results:
In the background the previous page is displayed

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
