Description of problem:

The problem is the node synchronization happens before the content is really published,

How to reproduce:

1. register a node and add library env
2. publish new content view
3. the content should appear in the registered node

It happens only when refreshing the content view: How to reporduce:

1. Publish content view with non-synced repo
2. Sync the repo
3. Refresh the content view
