RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Red Hat Product Errata RHBA-2013:1659 0 normal SHIPPED_LIVE subscription-manager and python-rhsm bug fix and enhancement update 2013-11-20 21:53:10 UTC

Description Sharath Dwaral 2013-09-24 21:26:14 UTC
Created attachment 802498 [details]
auto attach subscription selectable

Description of problem:
Auto-Attach subscriptions displayed in register dialog should not be "selectable". If there were to be more than one product displayed in the table, it would give a perception that we are choosing what we want to attach since we can select/highlight a particular row.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
# rpm -qa | egrep "subscription-manager|python-rhsm"
subscription-manager-1.9.7-1.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-migration-1.9.7-1.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-firstboot-1.9.7-1.el6.x86_64
python-rhsm-debuginfo-1.9.6-1.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-debuginfo-1.9.7-1.el6.x86_64
python-rhsm-1.9.6-1.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-gui-1.9.7-1.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register system to candlepin
2. Click Auto-Attach
3. Choose SLA click Next
4. See Attachment

Actual results:
See Attachment

Expected results:
Would prefer this table to be used only for displaying the subscriptions without the option to highlight/select the rows being displayed. Similar to "Products" in "Subscription Details" displayed in "All Available Subscription".

Also would want the table to have a name right now it has no-name. This is for the sake of AT-SPI locator :)

Additional info:

Comment 1 Sharath Dwaral 2013-09-24 21:29:31 UTC
With the changes suggested I think the table would no longer be "sortable" on columns. I'm not sue though

Comment 2 Michael Stead 2013-09-25 13:45:29 UTC
Disabling selection on the table does not disable sorting on the table. Will enabled sorting cause you issues when testing?

Comment 3 Michael Stead 2013-10-03 15:47:49 UTC
Fixed in master 5d7d98fe64867d16a04defaada898568de0a9918

Avaliable in subscription-manager-1.10.3-1+
