Description of problem:
if you select any xinetd service or server when running serviceconf a message is
issued saying you must enable xinetd to use this service. seclecting xinetd
shows that is active.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start serviceconf
2.select any xinetd service or server (ex: daytime, echo, chargen, etc.)

I have changed the wording to say "xinetd is required for this service"

The status window will now show the status of the xinetd service.

redhat-config-services-0.8.5-11 on Sushi (12 on rawhide.)
