Description Dafna Ron 2013-09-26 15:11:20 UTC
Description of problem:

I think we should add a progress bar for upload/download so that we can have a better idea on if bigger files are actually being uploaded and what are the status (much like scp)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

openstack-swift-1.8.0-6.el6ost.noarch

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upload a really large file
2.
3.

Actual results:

we have no idea on what is the status until action succeeds or fails

Expected results:

a progress bar would be helpful

Bug has been reported upstream and there is a patch under review.

Once (if) merged, it will be included in future swiftclient versions.
