Description of problem:
app/assets/images/favicon.ico is the Foreman logo rather than Shadowman

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check favicon in browser

Actual results:
Foreman yellow hard hat

Expected results:
Shadowman

Additional info:
This was done in MDP1 (f4a7cd010f75448d6e3ce7be545301f698b63ad7), but the rebase for MDP2 has caused a regression.

QA Verified.  We now have a shadowman favicon in foreman bits
