user system_u does not exist

Description of problem:
During the update of the latest selinux policy the following messages are raised
libsemanage.semanage_seuser_set_sename: SELinux user system_u does not exist (No such file or directory).
libsemanage.seuser_parse: could not parse seuser record (Invalid argument).
libsemanage.dbase_file_cache: could not cache file database (Invalid argument).
libsemanage.semanage_base_merge_components: could not merge local modifications into policy (Invalid argument).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest update
Fixed in libsemanage-2.1.10-12.fc20
libsemanage-2.1.10-12.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing libsemanage-2.1.10-12.fc20'
